Most of the products we sell are collectible/limited edition items and therefore, all sales are final.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 USD to the 48 continental U.S. states. Yay!
Once you complete your order and pick FREE shipping we will decide what is the best way to ship your order between
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, you cannot specify your preferred carrier or shipping service if you
choose FREE shipping. Also, Please keep in mind that we do not offer free shipping on some items. Products that do not qualify for FREE shipping will be noted in their description.
International Shipping

Damaged Items
Since most of our products are collectible, hand painted or assembled; minor defects or imperfections
are very likely to occur.
We will only accept returns of damaged merchandise specifically if it is broken or missing parts.
If you have damaged merchandise we will gladly take the damaged merchandise back and exhange it with
the same product if it is still available. If the product is not available at time of return we
will provide a refund.
To qualify for your refund we must receive your returned merchandise within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of your purchase.
Please follow these steps for returns:
1. Contact us at store@pinkghost.net with a description of the damaged item, date of purchase,
invoice number, name and address.
2. You will recieve a Merchandise Return Number (MRN#) if your damage description qualifies for a return.
3. Ship the Damaged Item to the address below. Make sure to ship it in a box and to write your MRN# on the
outside of the box. Returns without MRN# on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
